Katharina von Ehren
The logical follow-on from her apprenticeship to a nursery gardener was the study of horticulture. She graduated with a degree as a Diplom-Ingenieurin and then worked for several years as a tree broker on Long Island and in New Jersey for HMS Inc. There she didn’t only supply Battery Park at the southern tip of Manhattan with the most beautiful plants, but she also supplied new estates with many old trees. 14 years’ intensive commitment at the Lorenz von Ehren nursery followed. Her enthusiasm for plants, passion for discovery and wanderlust today lead her to the best nurseries in Europe and to the most exciting projects with her initiators. Top results and customer satisfaction are the benchmark for her actions.
