Last Thursday we were presented with the KfW Award Start-Up Champions 2016 amongst loud applause. We received the prize as state winners of the most innovative business idea and its successful implementation for the federal state of Hamburg.
The celebratory event with over 300 guests took place in the hall of the German Federal Ministry of Economics. Iris Gleicke, Parliamentary State Secretary at the Federal Ministry of Economics and Energy, illustrated the importance of newly founded companies for the innovativeness and further development of Germany as a business location. Dr. Katrin Leonardts, Vice President of the KfW Bank for Small and Medium-Sized Banks presented us with our certificate and the (very heavy!) prize. The evening wound down with music and good conversations. We are very pleased about the award!
