New Show gardens for the Bauwelt in Seevetal

Together with garden centres and landscaping businesses from the region, the Delmes Heitmann GmbH & Co. KG, Seevetal has planned and implemented 15 show gardens this summer. We provided the plants for this extraordinary project.

Various designs and layout samples inspire the visitors to new ideas in garden design.

Finished hedging elements such as the Elaeagnus angustifolia separate the individual gardens from each other so that one can’t see from one garden to the next.

An umbrella like Phellodendron amurense and small Sophora japonica ‘Little Baby’ give the savannah garden the plant frame. A cream-coloured Chinese limestone was used as a surface covering.

After the landscape designer Claudia Schaaf (Ingo Beran GmbH) planned the gardens, we realized them using these special plants.

The outdoor kitchen with bordering herb garden and espalier fruits provides a high quality area in which to spend time, the bench cover was made out of very hard Afrikulu-wood.

The wall of Turkish Basaltlava and the Aralia elata emphasize the urban design of this garden area.

For the terrace in the Mediterranean garden, open-pore Turkish limestone was used. The larger grapevines already bear the first fruit.

In the Asian part of the garden classical materials combine harmoniously with Cryptomeria japonica trunks and rhododendron yakushimanum which grows compactly.
