Carpinus betulus in cylindrical shape – Private Garden in Sauerland

For this project we selected, with the client and the executing gala construction company, distinctive Carpinus Betulus in cylindrical shapes that are 400cm high. They are now the defining shapes in this garden that is structured by curved natural dry-stone walls.

The driveway is characterized by two old pollarded platane with trunk circumferences of 70-80cm; they are ornamented by taxus flat sphere in different sizes, grasses and shrubs. There are small details hidden in every corner which invite you to come and discover.
