Modern office complex – 88 North, Munich
The office and commercial building at Olympia Park covers a gross ground area of, in total, 46,000 m2 above ground and 18,500 m2 underground. Several inner courtyards that are full of light and spacious green strips are optimally integrated as oases of well-being. The planning for the structural engineering lay with star architect Hadi Teherani. The International Tree Brokers supplied the garden and landscaping company SE-Bau GmbH with several hundred trees and shrubs for this construction project.
On its completion 88North was awarded the LEED-Certification for ecological construction in gold. The special combination of plant design and architecture provides an impressive and distinctive urban landscape.
